If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. We offer a 7-day return and refund policy subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. 7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days from the date you receive your item(s) to request a return. If 7 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
To be eligible for a return and subsequent refund, your request must fall under one of our accepted reasons, and the item must meet our strict packaging criteria:

Defective or Damaged Item: The product arrived broken, shattered, or has a manufacturing defect (see Section 3 for specifics on spiritual items).

Incorrect Item Received: You received a product different from what you originally ordered.

Change of Mind / Dissatisfaction: You are not completely satisfied with your purchase (this is only accepted if the item strictly meets the unused condition requirements below).
Condition and Packaging Requirements:

Original Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging. This includes all outer boxes, inner packing materials, wraps, tags, labels, manuals, and any complimentary accessories or gifts that came with it.

Properly Sealed: If the item came sealed (e.g., essential oils, incense, skincare, or sealed card decks), the seal must remain unbroken.

Safe Transit: When shipping the item back to us, you must ensure it is properly packed inside an external shipping box to prevent damage to the original product packaging during transit.
Note: If the product is returned with missing, torn, or damaged original packaging, or shows signs of use, your return will be rejected, and no refund will be issued.
3. Special Conditions for Spiritual & Natural Items
Because of the unique nature of spiritual tools, crystals, and handmade goods, please note the following policies regarding damage and item conditions:

Natural Variations are NOT Damage: Mother Nature makes every crystal and gemstone unique. Natural inclusions, internal fractures (veins), asymmetrical shapes, color variations, and minor surface textures are perfectly normal and are part of the stone's natural beauty. Returns requested solely due to these natural characteristics will not be classified as "damaged or defective."

Transit Damage: If a fragile item (such as a crystal cluster, glass candle, singing bowl, or statue) arrives genuinely broken, chipped, or shattered due to shipping transit, please contact us immediately. You must provide clear photos of both the broken item and the damaged shipping box to process the claim.

Energetic Integrity: To maintain the energetic purity of our products for all customers, items that have been visibly handled, worn, cleansed by the user, or "programmed" (such as malas, amulets, or ritual tools) are considered used and are no longer eligible for a return.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, energetic, and copyright reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Downloadable software or digital products (e.g., digital guides, courses, or meditations).

Opened personal care items, essential oils, bath salts, or incense.

Intimate or sanitary goods.

Custom-made or personalized items.

Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased using a heavy clearance discount.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our support team at support@spiritualwellness.live within the 7-day window. Please include your Order Number, the Name of the Item(s) you wish to return, and the Reason for the Return.

Provide Proof: For damaged items, you must attach clear photos of the item and its packaging. For all other returns, we may ask for photos to verify the item's unused condition before authorizing the return.

Receive Authorization: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Ship the Item: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
6. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item received was verified as damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Trackable Shipping: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for fragile spiritual items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for packages lost or broken in return transit.
7. Refunds and Inspection Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item and its packaging.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@spiritualwellness.live.
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a broken item for the exact same product, send us an email at support@spiritualwellness.live within the 7-day window.
