Thank you for shopping at SpiritualWellness.live. We are honored to be a part of your spiritual journey and are committed to delivering your items safely and promptly across India.

Please review our shipping policies below. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed and packed with care within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Notification: You will receive another notification email or SMS containing your tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Delays: During high-volume periods (such as Diwali, Navratri, or special sales), processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days. (Metros: 2-4 days; Tier 2/Tier 3 cities: 4-7 days).

  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote locations, including Jammu & Kashmir, the North East, and Andaman & Nicobar Islands, may take 7-12 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 1-3 business days (Serviceable in select PIN codes only).

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on domestic prepaid orders over ₹900.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, local disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Prepaid Orders

  • Prepaid Orders: We highly recommend prepaid orders for faster processing and contact-less delivery.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): If COD is available for your PIN code, a nominal cash-handling fee (e.g., ₹50 - ₹100) may apply. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address with the exact change to receive the package.

  • Note: COD may not be available for orders exceeding a certain value or for customized spiritual items.

4. Care for Fragile & Spiritual Items

We understand the energetic value and fragility of our products (crystals, singing bowls, glass candles, murtis, etc.).

  • Secure Packaging: Every item is carefully and securely wrapped using protective materials to ensure safe transit across the country.

  • Eco-Friendly: Whenever possible, we use eco-conscious and recyclable packing materials that respect the Earth.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email/SMS that includes your tracking number(s) and courier partner details (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours. You can use this link to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

6. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries outside of India.

  • Calculated at Checkout: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: SpiritualWellness.live is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery Time: International delivery times vary widely depending on the destination and customs processing times.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address and PIN code at checkout. It is highly recommended to include a Landmark for smoother deliveries. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

  • If you realize you have made an error, please contact us immediately at support@spiritualwellness.live.

  • If the package has already been processed or shipped, we cannot change the destination. If the package is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect address or an unreachable customer, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged and the items inside (such as crystals or fragile tools) are broken, please retain all original packaging. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@spiritualwellness.live with clear photos/videos of the unboxing and the damage. (Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for more details).

  • Lost or Stolen: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you cannot find it, please check with family members, neighbors, or building security. If an OTP was shared for delivery, the courier considers the package successfully handed over. SpiritualWellness.live is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after they have been confirmed as delivered.
